*Refund policies: Full rental amount must be received at least 2 weeks in advance; for specified holidays, rental amount must be received at least 1 month in advance. If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks in advance, half of rental amount will be retained at owner’s discretion if property cannot be re-booked.
*Dogs of any size are welcome.
*Unless otherwise specified, there is a 2-night minimum or $100 premium for one night
*Smoking is only allowed outdoors at the house.
*All linens are provided.
*A Pack-N-Play, high chair, and baby gates are available at the house.
*Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. Exceptions are possible—ask Teddey.
