Kierwelann is a 6-bedroom, 4.5 bath home located at Wintergreen Resort in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains near Charlottsville, Virginia. Kierwelann is a newly built (as of 1/2004) home featuring a spacious great room, stone fireplace, two master bedrooms on the main floor, 4 secondary bedrooms on the second level, and a spacious modern kitchen. Some of the highlights of this home include dataports and a desk in each room, modern furniture, a fully fenced yard (Kierwelann is DOG FRIENDLY with an additional deposit), modern energy-efficient appliances (such as a tankless water heater), full laundry facilities, a quaint covered front porch, french doors opening to a rear deck, and spacious sleeping facilities for 12 people (2 in each bedroom). Kierwelann is a spacious, clean, modern home on a level lot overlooking the beautiful Wintergreen woods, close to numerous hiking trails, just a few minutes drive or moderate walk to all Wintergreen facilities, and with a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere.
PARENTS: Kierwelann offers a new Graco Pack N Play (one sheet is also provided) with changing table and a new Graco high chair for your convenience. We also have provided outlet covers for your child's safety.

Kierwelann is the perfect vacation spot for groups, family reunions, or corporate retreats. The home was designed and furnished with the corporate traveler in mind (dataports and desks in each room, and plenty of seating for large groups to meet in the great room). Our rental prices are very competetive when compared to homes of a comparable size managed by Wintergreen resort. Kierwelann is privately owned and managed by a family (a mother and two daughters) who are licensed real estate agents from Maryland.
